Shipping Policy

Our goal at Atmos is to get you our delicious, non-alcoholic beer as efficiently as possible. We strive to have your order packed and shipped within three business days of your order for in-stock selections.

When you pre-order products, we strive to keep you up to date about any production or logistical delays.

Some delays may occur due to weather or other concern, please track your packages through your confirmation emails. We strive to minimize these events but ask for your patience when they do occur.

Shipping will be through the most effective carrier, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Local deliveries (Wood River Valley, ID within 25 miles of the Hailey Brewery) will be on Thursday afternoon.

We are unable to ship Atmos Brewing products to Michigan or Georgia.

Returns Policy

We hope you love the NA beer we make here at Atmos Brewing. If your product package is damaged, please send us a photo at the email address so we can work to provide you with a suitable solution.

If there are production flaws in the beer, please contact us at so we are aware of the issue and can work with you to provide satisfactory resolution to the issue.

While we are happy to work with you in the unlikely event there are technical flaws or shipping problems with your order, we do not offer refunds in the event you simply do not enjoy the product.
